STUFFED PEPPERS


For dinner tonight we had homemade stuffed peppers and a creamy cucumber salad.  I made the stuffed peppers with ground lamb versus ground beef.  They were tasty but there wasn't much difference in flavor having used lamb versus beef.   Perhaps the next time I think I will add some fresh mint, cumin, some goat's cheese, and for Bob some raisins.  I hope this will enhance the flavor of the lamb.
