UPDATE ON MAKING BABIES

On July 23rd we posted about making babies on our anniversary.  That is, making baby zucchini's.  We are happy to report that we did have one more zucchini!  That was it for the season.  The plants are dead and pulled.  This is the second year that we haven't had a good crop of zucchini.  Many years we have had so many that our neighbors and friends say...STOP...WE CAN'T HANDLE ANYMORE.

We hope to have better luck next year.  If you have any ideas on what we can and should do, please advise.

  1. No ideas on what you might do differently. The few you grew look nice, did they taste good?

  2. They were all delicious. We only got 3 this year.

  3. We only have produced 2 this year. It must be a slow grow season for them across the board. Even the farmers market we go to Up North had slim pickings. -Sue
