Sam's comments...48 days and counting!
Since we have been retired, Bob and I have been taking walks during the day in our neighborhood as well as the one across the street from us. A couple of years ago, we noticed this little animal house. We assume that someone has a pet but it isn't allowed in the house. When we look inside, there is a dish for water and a dish for food. Each year, this little house is getting more and more winterized. Just like all of our homes. Today when we saw the house, it now has some grey vinyl around the house for some additional protection from the outside elements.
We are sure it is a home for a cat. And the cat's name is Max. Max is probably about 5 years old, white with black and brown spots. Max is an excellent hunter, but he likes to come home at night for a good rest. It looks like he a pretty hardy dinner last night.
That's our story and we are sticking to it! It's nice to have an imagination.
